Account Deletion

Grancut users can request the deletion of their personal account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete directly via the mobile app

1. Open the Grancut app.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the information presented.
5. Confirm Delete permanently.

The app may prompt you to re-authenticate before executing the deletion.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Your access to Grancut is immediately terminated;
• Your authentication credentials are deleted;
• Local data on your mobile device is wiped;
• Personal data not required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance is permanently deleted or anonymized;
• Your data is no longer linked to analytics systems.

Multi-user team accounts

Deleting your personal account does not automatically delete your company's team organization if other active team members exist. Business records required for ongoing operation (such as clients, quotes, materials, and price lists) may be retained.

Last administrator

If you are the only administrator, deletion also removes the shop's users, clients, quotes, projects, catalog, prices, and files. We keep only the company's registration details (name, tax ID, contact, and address), the subscription history, and a deletion record (date and usage totals, without the content) to meet contractual and tax obligations, prevent fraud, and exercise legal rights.

Request deletion via email

If you cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request to [email protected] using your registered email address.
